International Society of Electrochemistry (ISE) was established in 1949 and has members from more than 70 countries and regions in the world.

 

COE alumnus Quan Wang named fellow of the Royal Society of Canada

Dr. Quan Wang studied at the Department of Mechanics, Peking University from 1988 to 1994 and gained master's and doctorate degrees, under the supervision of Prof. Dajun Wang.

 

Dr. Jennifer Lippincott-Schwartz visits the College of Engineering and gives a lecture

Invited by the Biomedical Department of the College of Engineering, biologist Jennifer Lippincott-Schwartz, member of the National Academy of Sciences as well as the School of Medicine, US paid a visit to Peking University from August 7 to August 9.

The College of Engineering (COE) research on “Vortex reconnection in the late transition in channel flow” from Yue Yang’s group is published in the latest issue of Journal of Fluid Mechanics as Rapid.
